Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

Please keep in mind that there may be times when we are unable to accept orders and must cancel them. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, without any claims or liability for finance costs or interest on the amount. Inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems, or problems found in regard to credit / debit fraud are all examples of instances that may result in your order being cancelled. Before approving any order, we may demand extra verifications or information. If your order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if additional information is required to accept your order, we will contact you. If the Company cancels your order after it has been charged to your credit or debit card, the amount paid will be reimbursed to your credit or debit card account.

Cancellation by you

You accept and acknowledge that, unless otherwise specified, you do not have the right to cancel any orders placed on this Website. If you subscribe to any Solutions, you may cancel your subscription one month before the Solutions are delivered; in this instance, you will be repaid the entire cost after deducting any bank charges that may have been incurred. Furthermore, if a cancellation request is submitted between one month and 14 days before the Solutions are to be delivered, we may, at our discretion, refund you 50% of the cost after deducting any bank charges that may have been applied.
